OVCA AGM -
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of OVCA is due to be held at the Zion Hall, Langsett Road South, Oughtibridge at 7.00 p.m. on Monday the 13th of February 2012.
At the meeting, the existing committee will present the 2010/11 financial year accounts and report, as well as update members on the society’s current and future activities before resigning. The Chair will seek nominations from the membership for the vacant posts to make up the new committee.
Any member who is unable to attend but would like to put themselves forward, should advise the Secretary (ovca@ovca.org.uk) by the 10th of Feb and he will put the nomination forward at the meeting.
The committee would like to see as many OVCA members as possible at the meeting to ensure as broad a spectrum of views are heard and for those who may like to take a more active role, encourage them to stand for election to the new committee.
